Your safety and satisfaction are paramount to us. We’ve implemented protective measures to shield both owners and renters from potential fraud, theft, or damage. Our goal is to make your experience outstanding – ensuring you receive items as described, on time, and with the confidence that they’ll be well cared for.

You play a crucial role in building a trusted community, and we appreciate your cooperation. To maximise your protection under our terms and conditions, payment terms, cancellation and refund policies, and various safeguards, please keep all communication and transactions within the App. This way, we can verify your identity, understand your booking details, and monitor your order status effectively. Unfortunately, we can’t extend these benefits if your booking occurs outside of the App.

Your security matters, and by following these guidelines, we can ensure your experience with us is as safe and enjoyable as possible.

 

How we help owners: 

  • Our chat function allows you to get to know the renter so you feel confident with the booking.
  • You can edit all the details of the booking (dates, price and delivery costs) before you confirm the booking. 
  • The App takes payment to confirm the booking, if they don’t pay – cancel so someone else has an opportunity to book.
  • Reduce the chance of cancellations and no-shows as once it’s paid for we have the money secured in our account which will be paid to you once the item is received.
  • If something is not right, you can cancel at any time and if needed we can issue a refund.
  • All details about the transaction are stored on your dashboard. 
  • If you have included a late returns policy we can help you chase up late returns. 
  • If your item is damaged we can assist with mediation. 
  • If your item is stolen we will report it to the police.

How we help renters:

  • You have the option to make as many booking inquiries as you like and progress to the one that suits you best. 
  • Pay through our payment portal and if something goes wrong, like the item is not delivered on time or is as described, we can issue a refund.
  • You can track the status of your booking in your dashboard. 
  • We have a Premium program and a star rating system so you can know who are the top-quality shops.
  • We have inbuilt status updates so we know at what stage the booking is at. We store details of all our users and conversations on our secure server just in case we need it.

Paying or communicating outside the App is a strict violation of our terms and conditions. Safety is our number one priority and paying cash or accepting payment off the App makes it harder for us to protect your information and puts you at greater risk of fraud and other security issues.
