This will show all your search results side by side so you can choose the one that suits you the best. Make sure you reset the search bar between searches for the best results.

We have a ‘NEW’ section that updates with new listings every day, check it regularly so you can claim the latest arrivals! If you have a last-minute event, you can opt for quick contactless pick-up if the item is local to you. The owner will leave the item in the mailbox or by the door. You can also communicate with them directly to confirm receipt once you've collected the item.

There are lots of occasions where you might want to try on first. There are a few options. If it's current season, try on in the shop to get your fit or request a try on with the owner. There are a few ways to do this. Some may request that you pay for the booking and if it does not work, issue you a refund. Some may offer a contactless try-on where it has to be returned in a certain time frame to get a refund. Postal try-ons can be orgnaised through the App by adjusting the price to $0 and charging for shipping.

When paying for your item it is important that you communicate and pay on the app. By using our payment portal we can track your booking and mediate if there are any problems. Our payment portal is hosted through Stripe and payments are held in a trust until the item is delivered so if it does not arrive or is not as described you can be refunded.

We send notifications about every stage of the booking ... when you receive a message, booking accepted, payment made, booking started and completed. It is very important you turn these on to ALWAYS for the duration of the booking. We use the same messaging system as Instagram and Facebook and never send you advertising or spam.

To ensure everyone has the best experience using the High Street Runway App, you will be prompted to rate your rental experiences! Users are rated on their response time, ease of booking, and timeliness for item delivery. Ratings help us keep everyone safe on the app.

We are the only marketplace offering penalty-free, instant refunds which can be issued by the owner. Refunds can be either partially or fully refunded and will be paid back onto user's card. Please check with the owners shop policies to see if they offer refunds for change of mind. We hold the money in trust and can refund if it does not arrive in time or is as described.
